TEAM REQUIREMENTS

NCRPA ORGANIZATION: All teams must be affiliated with a NCRPA organization and must have played within a recreational league for the organization during the current year (2024-2025).

ORGANIZATION VERIFICATION: All teams must submit the name of their affiliated organization as our athletics staff will confirm the team's participation with the named organization.

ROSTER: All teams will be required to submit a tournament roster, team photo, and a copy of each player's birth certificate no later than July 14th.
Teams may have no more than 15 players and 3 adult coaches on the roster.
No changes to the roster may be made after the start of the tournament.
Players are only permitted to be listed on one roster per sport unless approved due to extenuating circumstances by tournament administrators.
The roster form will be provided via email once registration is complete.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Players must be age eligible based on a May 1st, 2025, cutoff date (ie. 8U = Player must not turn 9 prior to May 1st, 2025).

CODE OF CONDUCT: All teams will be required to accept and agree to follow all rules regarding code of conduct. A signature on the team roster will be required as part of the agreement to follow the code of conduct. Based on the code of conduct, any unsportsmanlike conduct and inappropriate behavior will be addressed accordingly.

WAIT LIST: Any agency entering a team after the deadline or once registration is full, will be placed on waitlist and contacted accordingly should spots in the tournament open.

GATE FEE: There will not be a gate fee for any spectators during any tournament game.
